Privacy Policy
We respect the trust involved in sharing your information. This policy describes what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.
Effective date: 8 August 2026
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Kairo ("Kairo", "we", "us", or "our") handles personal data when you visit kairo.sg, contact us, or use our digital marketing and website services.
Kairo is based in Singapore. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at blank@kairo.sg.
2. Personal data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and website.
- Enquiry details: your selected service, subject, messages, and any information you choose to include.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location, and pages or actions on our website. This information may be recorded in hosting or security logs.
- Correspondence: information you provide when you contact us by email, WhatsApp, or another channel.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not include passwords, payment card numbers, identity-document numbers, or other sensitive information in an enquiry.
3. How we use personal data
We use personal data only where we have a proper reason to do so, including to:
- respond to enquiries and arrange consultations;
- prepare proposals, provide services, and manage our relationship with clients;
- send information you have requested and, where permitted, relevant service updates;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and systems;
- maintain business records and comply with legal or regulatory obligations; and
- protect our rights, users, and property against misuse, fraud, or security threats.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Contact forms and third-party services
When you submit our contact form, the information you provide is sent through EmailJS so that we can receive and respond to your enquiry. EmailJS may process that information on our behalf under its own privacy terms.
If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, your interaction is also subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy and terms. Links to email, WhatsApp, or other third-party services take you outside this website; we are not responsible for their independent privacy practices.
We may also use website hosting, security, email, scheduling, analytics, and project-management providers. These providers receive only the information needed to perform services for us and are expected to protect it appropriately.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website may use essential technologies needed to deliver pages, maintain security, and remember basic preferences. Hosting and security providers may create technical logs for these purposes.
If we introduce optional analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent where required. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling essential cookies may affect how the site works.
6. How long we keep information
We keep personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including to respond to an enquiry, provide services, resolve disputes, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
When information is no longer needed, we will delete it or anonymise it where reasonably practicable. Backups and provider systems may retain limited copies for a reasonable period before they are overwritten.
7. Disclosure and international transfers
We may disclose personal data to service providers that support our operations, professional advisers, regulators, law-enforcement authorities where required, or a successor in connection with a business transfer. We do not disclose information for another party’s direct marketing without your consent or another lawful basis.
Some providers may process information outside Singapore. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to that required under applicable Singapore data-protection law.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, so please use care when sending information online and contact us promptly if you believe your information has been misused.
9. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- provide access to personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- withdraw consent for a use that depends on consent; or
- stop sending you optional marketing communications.
To make a request, email blank@kairo.sg with enough information for us to verify and locate your records. We may need to ask for additional details before acting, and some requests may be limited by legal or contractual requirements.
10. Children’s privacy
Our services and website are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Please check this page periodically for the current version.
